  • Can I leave special instructions for my cleaning team?

    Yes, we are happy to cater to the special needs of every client. We ask that you contact us directly regarding special instructions to ensure that we come prepared for the job.

  • Is PDX Cleaning cleaning service guaranteed?

    At PDX Cleaning, we do our best to ensure that our clients are always left clean and happy the first time. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee should you not be satisfied. Call us within 24 hours and we will re clean your home or office until you are 100% satisfied.

  • Do I need to provide cleaning supplies for PDX Cleaning?

    No, our PDX Cleaning cleaners come prepared with all Green cleaning products to fully service your home. However, we will use your preferred products upon request.

  • Does someone need to be home when the PDX Cleaning cleaners are in my home?

    No, it is entirely up to you. You can either give us a key prior to your cleaning, which we will safely store, give us a code to your lock box or opener, leave the key under your mat, or you can let the cleaners in yourself. Whatever works best for you is what works best for us!

  • How soon can PDX Cleaning come clean my home/office?

    PDX Cleaning strives to be as flexible as we can to fit your needs. When have had a lot of clients need service just a few hrs after their first contact with us. And if this is a need for you, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
